Defined terms used on this page ("the Artist", "the Collector") have the meanings set out in the Terms & Conditions.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Artist collects, uses, and protects the Collector's personal data when visiting this website or placing an order, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. Who Your Data Is Shared With
The Artist shares personal data only where necessary, with:

DHL Express, to deliver the Collector's order

PayPal to process payment securely

The National Gallery of Greece, where required for export certification of an artwork

The Papillon Gallery (UK), where an artwork purchased by the Collector is physically held or fulfilled through their platform

Wix, which hosts the site and processes orders on the Artist's behalf

Wix Mail, only if the Collector has opted in to marketing emails
The Artist does not sell personal data to third parties.
5. International Data Transfers
Some recipients above are located outside the European Economic Area — notably The Papillon Gallery in the United Kingdom. The European Commission has formally recognized the UK as providing an adequate level of data protection (its adequacy decision was renewed in December 2025 and now runs to December 2031), so these transfers can take place without additional safeguards. Where any other provider is located outside the EEA without an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards are put in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How Long Your Data Is Stored
Order and invoice records are retained for as long as required under Greek tax law and marketing data is kept until the Collector unsubscribes or withdraws consent. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond.

Under the GDPR, the Collector has the right to:
