This painting is my very first attempt at capturing a crashing wave. I’ve always been fascinated by the movement, power and energy of the ocean. I used acrylics to try and show that dramatic moment when a wave curls and crashes down. The colors and flow were inspired by real stormy seas, and I wanted the wave to feel alive and full of motion.

As I painted, I focused on building layers and depth to give the water a sense of weight and force. It was both a challenge and a joy to bring this scene to life. This untitled piece is very special to me because it marks a turning point in my journey as an artist. I hope it stirs emotions and reminds viewers of nature’s raw beauty.
